SHIPPING:

Q: Is Shipping Free and Included in the price?
A: Yes! Shipping is Free and Included in all of our products to your University Hall of Residence or Flat, just before the start of your University's Orientation Week so you have the perfect amount of time to set yourself up and get ready for the year.

Q: When will my package be delivered?
A: A detailed schedule will be out soon with dates of delivery for different Universities.

Q: Who will deliver my Packzy Starter Pack?
A: Either Packzy or a Local courier will deliver your starter pack to your Hall of Residence or Flat.

 

SIZES:
Q: What sizes for the Bed and Bath Starter Pack does Packzy offer?
A: At the Moment Packzy only offers Bed and Bath Starter Packs in the King Single size as most University Halls of Residence have King Single Beds. However if you require any other sizes do not hesitate to Message Us HERE and we will do our best to source a Bed and Bath Starter Pack to meet your needs.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

Q: What materials are the products made out of?
A: Our Sheet Sets, Duvet Cover Sets and Towels, are all made from 100% cotton which provides great drying capabilities. Towels are soft and luxurious. Our Pillows and Duvet Inners are composed of Polyester Fibre, they are Hypoallergenic, Odour Free and good fit for all sleepers.

Q: What brands do you Supply.
A: We supply Cloud 9 Towels, Duvet Inners, Sheet Sets and Pillows. We also supply Duvet Inners of various other brands that are of high quality.

Q: Do you offer extra Towels, Sheet Sets and Pillow's?
A: Yes we do! You can find all our extra products on the extra's page on our website or by clicking HERE.

Q: What colours are Towels and Sheets available in?
A: Towels are available in Charcoal and Celestial (Blue) Colours while sheets are available in Cream, Grey and Navy colours.


ORDER & PAYMENT:

Q: What form of Payment do you accept?
A: We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payment from American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Q:What is your returns policy?
A:We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us if you require any assistance with a refund & return by emailing us at packzynz@gmail.com.
